2. Eligibility
By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. Business customers must provide valid business credentials upon request.
3. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you authorize Cetrigo LLC to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
5. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through our 3PL hub in Dallas, TX. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Cetrigo LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unopened condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Cetrigo LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cetrigo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
